event planner that will be key to
customizing your event.
Having performed for hundreds of parties and
events, we know the importance of planning ahead
and we'll guide you through step by step to ensure
the success of your event. Our planner is set up to
follow the usual order of any event, from the arrival
of your guests to the last song played. By
completing our planner, you allow us to service your
needs just the way you want.
You'll begin by choosing your DJ style...want
someone simply to mix the music you select? Play
requests? Make announcements? Encourage
participation? Whatever you are looking for, you'll
have the chance to let us know and we can meet
your needs.
Next we'll ask you to tell us about your party
or event. What kind of celebration is it? Who are
your guest(s) of honor? What is the contact
information for your venue? What is the date and
time of your event and how many guests are you
expecting? Tell us about the general age
breakdown of your guests and then choose the
general types of music you would like played. All
these questions can be answered by completing
our easy-to-follow planner.
Then we'll take you step by step through an
outline of event, from start to finish. We realize
that not all parties follow this conventional outline,
so we'll ask for your input into tailoring the list to
your event. Let us know what changes or
omissions you'd prefer. And you can be assured
we will coordinate any event with you, the banquet
hall staff, photographers and others to ensure
everyone is "on the same page."

your wedding party, where applicable, your general
